馬頭観音碑 | Monument of Bato Kannon

馬頭観音という文字が書かれた黒い石碑です。平成23年に建てられたようですが、建てられた経緯は不明です。

It is the black stone monument with the characters "Bato Kannon" (Hayagriva). It seems thatt it was set in Heisei 23th (2011) but it's not clarified why it was built.
