久保田俶通(くぼたよしみち)は、長野県の彫刻家で、海浜幕張駅前の『波の詩』や千葉県警察学校の『信頼の絆』などの作品が有名です。水元公園の『水の恵み』は1984年の作品で、水辺の生きもの館とハス池の間に。

Kubota Yoshimichi is is a Japanese sculptor born in Nagano. He is known as the sculptor "Nami no Uta (poetry of wave)" in front of Kaihin Makuhari Station and "Shinrai no Kizuna (ties of trust)" in Chiba Prefectural Police School. Sculpture "Mizu no Megami (blessing of water)" in Mizumoto Park is a 1984 work, located between the Aquatic Life Center and Has Ike (lotus pond).
