This stone statue was built in the Hoei 7th (1710) by people party of a waning crescent to wish easiness (Anraku) in both present and future. The people meet on the evening of 26th of a certain month, wait for the moon to come out while eating, drinking and praying for the productiveness of grain and prosperous business.
