南蔵院 (しばられ地蔵) | Nanzoin (String-Bound Jizo)

貞和4年(1348年)に創建された天台宗のお寺で、本尊は釈迦如来坐像です。

It's the Tendai sect temple founded in Jowa 4th (1348). The Honzon (principal object of worship at a temple) is statue of Shaka Nyorai.
