上新土地区画整理完成記念碑 | Monument for Kamishin land readjustment

もともとは農地であったこの地域で住宅地としての造成が進んだ際に、区画整理を行った記念として、昭和55年(1980)に建てられた碑です。

The area was originally a farmland and developed as a residential area. It is a monument built in Showa 55th (1980) to commemorate the land readjustment.
