石原慎太郎の石碑 | Stone monument of Shintaro Ishihara

平成21年(2009)、当時東京都知事だった石原慎太郎氏が水元公園を視察に訪れた際に、「東京にこんなに広い公園があるとは驚いた」と言ったといわれています。この石碑は平成21年(2009)11月に設置されました。

In Heisei 21th (2009), Mr. Shintaro Ishihara, the Governor of Tokyo at that time, visited Mizumoto Park, it was said that he said "I was surprised that there is such a large park in Tokyo." This stone monument was set in November 2009.
