東金町排水樋管 | Higashi-kanamachi sluicing outlets

小合溜を通り江戸川に排水する樋管です。堤内地の自然排水が困難となった際に、水被害を防ぐ為に停滞した雨水を排水するためのものです。

It is a outlet pipe that drains water to the Edogawa River through Koaidame. It is for draining stagnant rainwater to prevent water damage when it becomes difficult to drain the natural drainage of the embankment.
